The holiday cottage is located at the top of the Hagg, cotherstone village in Teesdale, and is only 15 miles from the A1, near Darlington.

It offers peaceful surroundings with beautiful scenic country side views... and sheep.

Hagg cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep up to five people, comprises:

Bedroom 1: double bed
Second bedroom: two single beds
Third bedroom: one single bed
A child travel cot can be provided.

:: Village Attractions

Cotherstone village is located in the fabulous countryside of Teesdale, five miles from the market town of Barnard Castle and six miles from Middleton in Teesdale.

The village has a beautiful area to walk and relax down by the side of the river Tees and Balder, only 3 minutes walk from the cottage. Further up the dale on the river Tees is the spectacular Low and High force water falls.

There are two excellent pubs in the village, one serving food just across the village green from Hagg cottage, there is also a post office/ grocers along the road.
